Workstations, meeting rooms, IT and archive to a new building, by department and by floor.
Internal move
A department to another floor, or a floor cleared for a renovation. The rest of the company keeps working.
Workshop and lab
Racking, individual machines, equipment and stock. How many vans and people are needed, you will see after the site survey.
Archive and storage
Every box gets a number. The archive comes along to the new building, or goes temporarily to our partner's storage.

The same crew
The crew that loads at the old building also unloads at the new one. Nobody there has to work out which box belongs to which department.
Our own vans and our own lift
The vans and furniture lift are kept at the Flemingweg in Alphen. If a wardrobe does not fit through the stairwell, it goes through the window with the lift.
14 years in the trade
Benjamin has worked as a mover for 14 years, the last year and a half with his own company. He does the site survey himself.

Your staff lift nothing
They pack their own desk, or we do it. Our crew does the lifting, dismantling and reassembling.
Every box has a number and a place
Every floor gets a colour and every workstation a number. That number is also on the floor plan of the new building.
Equipment goes separately and upright
Packed and labelled, in a separate van if needed. Your own IT manager or supplier disconnects and reconnects it.
Fragile items are photographed
We photograph equipment and fragile items before departure and after arrival. That way you can see what condition they are in.
One fixed point of contact
On moving day Benjamin usually works alongside the crew. That way there is someone on the floor who knows the plan.
Closed on Friday, open on Monday
This is how a weekend move works. The weekend surcharge is already included in the fixed price.
Your last employee goes home
We are ready outside. The time windows and the loading spot have already been arranged.

We load by department, in the order of the schedule.
Setting up at the new address
We set up the workstations again and put the archive back in the same order.

We walk through the building together. The invoice follows afterwards.

When do you come and look?
For a business move, always, at the old and the new address. From around 60 m³ a long distance move can't be estimated properly. You have the fixed price within 48 hours of the site survey.
Can you work outside office hours or at the weekend?
Yes. We do most business moves in the evening or at the weekend. We start loading on Friday evening and on Monday morning you are working at the new address. The weekend surcharge is already included in the fixed price.
How big a job can you handle?
We have done business moves of one hundred to one hundred and twenty cubic metres, with three to four vans over two days. For large jobs we add extra movers to the regular crew. After the site survey you will hear how many vans and people your building needs, and whether it will take one weekend or two.
Does your building need to be empty by Monday?
Let us know how many workstations there are, which floors are involved and when the building needs to be empty. Then we schedule the site survey.
