Frequently asked questions from businesses
When do you come and look?
For a business move, always. From about 60 m³, a move cannot be estimated properly remotely. If you are moving abroad, we look at your current property and discuss the new address with you. Within 48 hours of the site survey you have the fixed price.
Can you work outside office hours or at the weekend?
Yes. We do most business moves in the evening or at the weekend. We start loading on Friday evening and on Monday morning you are working at the new address. The weekend surcharge is already included in the fixed price.
How big a job can you handle?
We have done business moves of one hundred to one hundred and twenty cubic metres, with three to four vans over two days. For large jobs we add extra movers to the regular crew. After the site survey you will hear how many vans and people your building needs, and whether it will take one weekend or two.
Which countries do you move to?
We have already driven to Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden and Portugal. We are happy to discuss another country within Europe.
How far ahead should we plan?
Ideally two to four weeks ahead. Need it sooner? Call +31 85 333 2351 and you will hear straight away whether it is possible.
Does the same crew stay for the whole journey?
Yes. The same team loads at your place, drives the van and unloads at the new address. Your inventory stays in the same van for the whole journey.
What is included in the price?
You get one fixed price after the viewing. It includes the hours, the kilometres and, where needed, the overnight stay, tolls and ferry.

Office move
Workstations, meeting rooms, IT and archive move in one weekend. On Monday morning everything is in place.
Internal move
A department to another floor, or a floor cleared for a renovation. The rest of the company keeps working.
Workshop and lab
Racking, individual machines, equipment and stock. How many vans and people are needed, you will see after the site survey.
Archive and storage
Every box gets a number. The archive comes along to the new building, or goes temporarily to our partner's storage.
Your inventory is insured up to € 2,500,000
The excess is € 300. We photograph equipment and fragile items before departure and after arrival, so you know exactly what condition they are in.
Does your building need to be empty by Monday?
