In The Hague no exemption is needed for the removal van. What else you arrange with the council is listed below.
The van at your door
A removal van may park for free while loading or unloading. You can't reserve a space. During breaks you do pay for parking. A furniture lift doesn't need a permit, but you do report it to the road authority for your district.
Bulky waste and the recycling centre
The Hague has three waste drop off points: Plutostraat 1, Uitenhagestraat 4 and De Werf 11P. You need a waste pass. Having bulky waste collected is free by appointment.

Yes, and you see it in advance. An extra flight of stairs means more time per item. We include those hours in the quote, so they are not added afterwards. If the stairs are too awkward for the heavy items, we use the furniture lift. That is also on the quote in advance.
