How we move your archive
What happens to filing cabinets, boxes and files, from the old place to the new.
We pack and unpack
Our crew packs the archive cabinets and puts the files back in the same order at the new location. If you would rather pack yourself, you get the materials at list price.
Every box has a number and a place
Colour codes per floor and a number per box. That number is also on the floor plan of the new building.
Temporary storage
If it does not fit in the new premises yet, the archive goes temporarily to our partner's storage. We bring it back when you are ready.
What is not needed stays behind
We leave behind whatever you no longer need. We agree this with you in advance.
One fixed point of contact
On moving day Benjamin usually works alongside the crew. That way there is someone on the floor who knows the plan.

Frequently asked questions from businesses
When do you come and look?
For a business move, always, at the old and the new address. From around 60 m³ a long distance move can't be estimated properly. You have the fixed price within 48 hours of the site survey.
Can you work outside office hours or at the weekend?
Yes. We do most business moves in the evening or at the weekend. We start loading on Friday evening and on Monday morning you are working at the new address. The weekend surcharge is already included in the fixed price.
How big a job can you handle?
We have done business moves of one hundred to one hundred and twenty cubic metres, with three to four vans over two days. For large jobs we add extra movers to the regular crew. After the site survey you will hear how many vans and people your building needs, and whether it will take one weekend or two.
How long can the archive stay in storage?
As long as you need. We agree the term in advance. We plan the return as soon as you know the date; that can also be later.
What does temporary storage cost?
The move itself is covered by the fixed price. The rental of the storage unit is listed separately, per month.
Does the archive stay in order?
Yes. Every box gets a number and a place. What was at the top of the old cabinet is at the top of the new one too.
Are our contents insured?
Yes, during the move up to € 2,500,000, with an excess of € 300. We photograph equipment and fragile items before and after the move.

Your inventory is insured up to € 2,500,000
The excess is € 300. We photograph equipment and fragile items before departure and after arrival, so you know exactly what condition they are in.
