Verhuisbedrijf Nieuw Begin is anderhalf jaar geleden opgericht door Benjamin van der Meer, die al veertien jaar verhuizer is. Wij werken met een ploeg die al jaren samen verhuist.
The vans and the furniture lift are our own. They are kept at the Flemingweg in Alphen.

This is what we agree with you
You pay for the hours worked
On the quote we estimate the hours generously. If we finish sooner, you pay less.
Assembly is included in the hours
We take wardrobes and beds apart and put them back together at the new address. That is included in the hourly rate, with no surcharge.
Insured up to € 2,500,000
Your belongings are insured during the move. The excess is € 300, and that is also stated in the quote terms.

Benjamin answers the phone himself and makes the estimate. He is usually there himself on moving day.
How a move with us works
First we take a look, then the quote.
For the quote, Benjamin walks through your home with you on WhatsApp. That takes about ten minutes. After that he knows which van and how many movers are needed.
We photograph fragile items before they go into the van, and again at the new address. The boxes are labelled by room, so everything goes straight into the right space.
The same people load and unload
The crew in these photos has worked together for years. Whoever loads your things also puts them down again at the new address.
