What the price of a piano move depends on

We call you and go through together what is needed: the stairs, the doors and the spot where the piano stands. A few photos via WhatsApp help too.
A quote, generously estimated
We estimate the hours on the generous side. If you finish sooner, the invoice shows that too.
We lift it, drive it and put it in place
On dollies to the van, and at the new address back inside the same way. There we put it wherever you want it.
Frequently asked questions
Does a piano on the ground floor cost extra?
No. From ground floor to ground floor there is no surcharge: two movers, at least three hours, at the normal hourly rate.
Why a surcharge over 80 kilos?
An item over 80 kilos needs more manpower, protective materials and time. That is why we charge a surcharge for it. That amount is on the quote in advance.
When is the furniture lift needed?
When the stairs are too narrow or too steep. We check in advance from a photo whether it is needed. We charge the lift by the hour, with a minimum of one hour.
How soon can my piano be moved?
A piano on its own is usually a morning's work, and can often be scheduled within a week. Does it need to be sooner? Call +31 85 333 2351 and we will check the schedule straight away.
