What does storage cost?

How storage works
After the first call you know who is coming, on which day and roughly what it will cost.

Through the form, by phone or on WhatsApp. We call you back and go through what needs to be done together.
Phone call
We call you and go through the move together: what needs to come along, the stairs, the cupboards and the attic. A few photos via WhatsApp help too.
A quote, generously estimated
We estimate the hours on the generous side. If you finish sooner, the invoice shows that too.
We collect and store
We schedule the collection on moving day. We schedule the return as soon as you know the date.

Does Nieuw Begin have its own storage?
We arrange storage through a regular partner we work with. We handle the collecting, storing and returning ourselves.
How is the price built up?
You pay for two trips based on the hours, plus the monthly rent of the storage unit. The hours and the unit rent are listed as separate lines on the quote.
How long can my belongings stay?
As long as you need. We agree the period when you book. If the handover of your new home is delayed, we schedule the return for later.
What if I need something in the meantime?
Let us know in advance and we will load it last. Anything you use often is best kept with you.
